Fresh Vegetables and Dressings Prepared Every Day
Fresh veggies and dressings prepared daily? It can’t get healthier than that! We pride ourselves in being a scratch kitchen, preparing all of our ingredients the morning they’ll be served to our hungry customers. Our team gets to Forage Kitchen every morning to get the greens ready, make the tempeh, chop all of the fresh vegetables, bake the sweet potatoes, roast the chicken, and prepare our assortment of grains.
Even with healthy ingredients, dressings can often make a seemingly healthy meal quite unhealthy. We’ve dedicated ourselves to make all of our dressings as healthy as possible. Our dressings are all dairy free, contain no hidden preservatives, and use natural honey as a sweetener (instead of cane sugar or other sugar substitutes).
Locally Sourced Ingredients
Knowing the source of each ingredients is key in the overall health of a meal. That’s why during Wisconsin growing season, the majority of our ingredients come from farms in our community and surrounding areas.

At Forage Kitchen, we take pride in catering to every diet type. Besides designing our menu to include salad and grain bowls that are vegetarian and vegan friendly, we’ve also made making alternative protein sources a priority; offering protein rich options like locally sourced tempeh and our homemade lentil meatballs. Our dressings are also vegetarian and vegan friendly. If you have dietary restrictions, don’t hesitate to ask our staff anything while you’re ordering - we’re here to help!
Healthy Drinks to Compliment Your Meal: Fresh Juices and Kombucha
We don’t just dedicate all of our efforts into healthy meal options, we find it equally important to offer customers an all encompassing healthy experience. Instead of serving soda and other artificially sweetened drinks, we carry vegetable and fruit juices that we press in-house (Lean and Mean Green Juice, Right On Beet Juice, and other Seasonal Juices). On top of that, we also brew our own probiotic rich kombucha that compliments our meals perfectly while giving you added health benefits.
